These terms are issued under Art. 8(1)(1) of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means. They are made available free of charge, in a form allowing them to be downloaded, reproduced and stored.
Intermediation in obtaining an Iranian visa code is covered by the Visa service terms. In the event of any discrepancy, the terms of that service prevail.

- Website — the pages in the gazeleziranu.com domain, including the subpages of the Iranian and Ugandan sections.
- User — any person using the Website, whether or not they enter into any contract with the Provider.

Services provided on the website
The Provider supplies the following services by electronic means, free of charge:
- making content available — browsing trip descriptions, photographs, route maps and information articles,
- the Self Drive trip planner — a tool for putting together your own route around Uganda together with a cost estimate; the result is indicative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code,
- contact forms and enquiries — sending a message to the Provider.
The contract for these services is concluded when you open a page of the Website and ends when you leave it. Using the Website requires neither an account nor providing personal data.
Prices, dates and other information about trips published on the Website are for information only and do not constitute an offer. The conditions are set out in the package travel contract, applicable from the moment it is concluded.
Technical requirements
To use the Website you need:
- a device with internet access,
- a current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) with JavaScript enabled,
- cookies enabled — only to the extent necessary for the pages to work.
Refusing statistical and marketing consents does not limit your use of the Website. All content and the trip planner work exactly the same, whatever you decide in the consent dialog.
The Provider makes every effort to keep the Website running continuously, but reserves the right to temporary technical breaks necessary for maintenance, updates or fault repair.
Copyright in photographs and content
All photographs, texts, maps, graphics and video materials published on the Website are works within the meaning of the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights. The economic copyright in them belongs to the Provider, or the Provider uses them under separate entitlements.
Without the Provider's prior written consent it is prohibited in particular to:
- copy, download or reproduce the photographs for any purpose other than personal use,
- publish the photographs or texts on other websites, on social media or in advertising materials,
- embed the photographs directly from the Provider's server on other websites (hotlinking),
- use the materials for commercial purposes, including in the offers of competing travel agencies,
- remove attribution marks or the metadata stored in the files.
The above does not restrict permitted personal use (Art. 23 of the Act on copyright and related rights) or the right of quotation (Art. 29 of that Act), provided the source and the author are indicated.
The technical measures used on the Website to make saving photographs more difficult are of an organisational nature and do not constitute technical protection measures within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(11) of that Act. Circumventing them does not remove the legal protection of the work.
In the event of an infringement the Provider may demand that it cease, that the material be removed, and that the damage be redressed under Art. 79 of the Act on copyright and related rights. Consent to use the materials may be obtained at the address given in the “General provisions” section.
Prohibition on unlawful content
The User is prohibited from supplying content of an unlawful nature (Art. 8(3)(2)(b) of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means). In particular, it is forbidden to:
- send, through the forms, content infringing the law or personal rights,
- send files containing malicious software,
- take actions that disrupt the Website, including automated bulk downloading of content and photographs, and attempts to circumvent protective measures,
- impersonate the Provider or any other person.
The Provider may block access to the Website for a User who breaches this prohibition, and may report the matter to the competent authorities.
Complaints about the website
A complaint about how the Website works — for example a page that does not load, an error in the trip planner or content displayed incorrectly — can be sent to kontakt@gazeleziranu.com.
It helps to include the address of the page, a description of the problem and the type of device and browser. The Provider will consider the complaint and reply to the sender's e-mail address within 14 days of receiving it.
Complaints concerning paid services — including visa intermediation — are handled under the procedure described in the terms of that service.
Personal data
The rules for processing personal data — including the scope of data collected, the purposes, retention periods, the analytics tools used and the User's rights — are set out in the Privacy policy, which supplements these terms.
Consent settings for cookies and analytics tools can be changed at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page.
Changes to these terms
The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons — changes in legislation, in the scope of the features offered, or in how the Website operates.
Because using the Website is free of charge and requires no account, an amendment takes effect when it is published. It does not affect contracts for paid services concluded before it entered into force — those are governed by the terms of the service in the wording applicable on the date the contract was concluded.
Matters not covered here are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and the Act on copyright and related rights.
